The contractor is to provide all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, and qualified labor necessary to renovate the first floor office restrooms, the customer service office, and the warehouse restrooms within building 977 per Tran Systems Final Design Submittals (See 2a,2b and 2c). These renovations include the architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection services necessary to provide the code-compliant spaces required by the Scope of Work (SOW) suitable for supporting the current mission. These renovations focus primarily on upgrading the user comfort within these spaces, including finishes and temperature control, and ensuring that the renovated spaces meet all applicable criteria. The SOW also includes specific measures to improve the thermal comfort and safety of personnel working with the warehouse area of the freight terminal, as well as Shop 112.<<
