Renovation to include doors - frames - interior trim new ACT - gypsum soffits - carpet - prime and paint interior.Exterior trim to be stripped - repair and repaint all exterior trim work. Hallway renovation of existing to include: ceilings - floors and walls - doors - frames - interior trim work. Main stairwell to be renovated with new handrail / baluster system - treads and refinish interior finishes. Front entry stairs to receive new granite treads and sidewall granite finish and handrail system.
